ASSESSMENT

Is your child not progressing in school?

Are you confused why your child has learning road-blocks?

Afraid your child is falling behind?

I review your child's unique learning needs, develop a specialized report and provide recommendations to shift momentum towards effective solutions.  All assessments include taking family background, the actual assessment and a report. Some families may wish to have me attend school meetings (such as IEPs, MTSS or SSTs) or observe their student in the academic setting. My out-of-office fees are $250.00 per hour.

Assessment Goal:

Highlight the learning style of a child as well as the strengths and weaknesses in basic academic skills, fluency, and problem-solving. Documenting developmental and educational history is included in the testing process to complete a full picture. Psychoeducational Assessment may focus the following educationally related* areas:

 ADHD

Dyslexia

Specific Learning Disability

Autism Spectrum Disorder

Emotional Disability

*Please note that I do not give medical diagnoses of ADHD or Autsim Spectrum Disorder.

Outcome:

A comprehensive report which includes recommendations, interventions, and if necessary, referrals to professionals in the community for next steps for you and your student.
